I honestly think they surpass the US in many tech sectors because our government is corrupt and inefficient.

as per NSW police, there were TWO shooters: one deceased, one now in custody
if you watch the video closely it shows that after being disarmed, gunman 1 crossed the short distance back up to the bridge that gunman 2 was firing from, whereupon gunman 1 picked up another rifle and recommenced shooting
