Also, American politics affect my life as much or more than Canadian politics. Not caring about it, while raising a family, would be absurdly irresponsible to me.

I think there's a song out there for just about everyone. It's more about having a good time and expressing yourself than being an amazing performer in my opinion.

Yeah, I was being facetious because the lefty police were after me. It's just funny because they sell it as a "free speech platform", but in practice, are only after takes from one particular perspective. I won't let them put me in any box... I'd rather be banned than let that happen.

Jon Leibowitz sucks so bad. I have a friend who likes him a lot and I don't understand that at all. He's a former TV comic who is now pretending to be some serious voice for the working class or whatever.

Doesn't work like that over here, because the Eastern Canadians would vote for a candidate that promised point-blank to murder their children as long as it had the "Liberal Party" stamp. Our federal election is over before it even heads West enough to hit Manitoba. The West has no voice nationally.

The geography is beautiful. So many of the people are hopelessly naive and easily led though. Western Canada's only real future is to break up with the East, or for the United States to absorb the whole mess (though I don't know if you guys should really want it).
