I grew up a Space-Age kid, in love with astronomy and sci-fi. My heroes were astronauts, Captain Kirk, and other space explorers, people working in societies that aimed high, collectively.

I have been encouraging FB users to move to Bluesky for quite a while. I was hoping for Berners-Lee’s pods to take off and even offered to volunteer for them. Anyway, I was never a Twitter user and used to hide my brand of provocative comedy on FB behind permission walls. Not sure what to do here.
