I always deal w diplacusis/tinnitus in my right ear, but it's normally so slight that it doesn't affect me just going abt my business. I just exercised wrong/wore a kn95 wrong/clenched too much

Last ear update.... No one wants to hear abt my ear. Just kidding you LOVE hearing about my ear. Anyways. I FUCKED MY JAW UP I have tmj but I injured it further; I always deal w mild tinnitus but I exasperated it. I love violating my hippa online. Anyways it's healing but IM JUST LIKE JACOB MARLEY👻🔥

THANK U SO MUCH!!!!!!! This is incredibly kind & I appreciate it w all my heart -- yes the appt went great, they were so sweet & also it turns out I fucked up my jaw by doing 3 stupid things LMFAO, but it will heal!!!! It already is. Thank u as always& I , hope u are keeping well as well!!!! :^)

Ive had a lot going on in my personal life lately & this is making me feel trapped in my own head (literally), I cant even listen to music to calm down because the world sounds completely different in each ear. Sorry to panic post, it's just been a lot emotionally & Im seeing a dr again tomorrow

Sorry for this guys but if anyone could send some good vibes it would be rlly appreciated, I dont know whats causing my hearing issues & Im afraid its not just an ear infection but something worse/semi-perm from TMJ. Its affecting my everyday life and is pretty frightening via diplacusis & pressure

Apologies for posting smth like this but does anyone know of any good virtual therapy websites that arent betterhelp? I have never used betterhelp but Ive heard some not great things. Im in need of seeing a therapist for some personal stuff but dont know whats virtually legit or not. Thx :^(

OK IM 2 DAYS LATE TO REPLYING BUT NOOO YOURE SO RIGHT. Music is my destresser too & so not being able to listen to anything was Literal Hell. I used to be in the music/gig scene when I was in high school too & so diplacusis scared the shit outta me the 1st time I went thru it. ITS GNARLY!!!!!
