that's right, if you know you're going to be chaos, why try to fight it? Work with it instead. Plan for impulsive chaos time when it won't have dire consequences. No need to always force yourself to be fully scheduled.

Mental labour is really hard to recognize, but it's there.
Important to recognize and respect there's invisible work your brain does, which also needs breaks, rest and recovery from.
Emotional processing, talking, changing plans, booking, coordinating, thinking

These are all taxing. Take breaks!!

Too loud. Too weird. Too annoying.

As most of the artists, I keep having the same problem of not liking my own art initially when it's done.
So sometimes I look at other people art, that I LOVE .... and ... imagine it was something I made, look at the flaws and ... yes, if I made it, I would hate it, but I LOVE it when it wasn't me
