Its a HP nc365t, quad port Intel based NIC yeah, the computer is some crappy HP desktop that has a atom based Pentium and runs on a laptop charger, and the white ribbion is connected to an M.2 card in the slot where the WiFi was, which goes to a pcie 1x and USB breakout tapped to the side
