It will be nice to read about Frieren but I think the anime will be superior. The animation quality is so incredible, the dialogue adapted well and the scenery and music are amazing.
I intend to collect both anyways though. 😆

A lot of people don't like organ music. But I find it can be quite beautiful if it has a sort of haunting theme. Or just dark.

Ordered the last 4 Frieren volumes I needed, for black friday. The sale was pretty crappy, probably just a few euros off but I wanted them anyways.
About to sleep after a chapter or two. Going through the volumes pretty fast.

Dutch people have pushed "reading is good for your mental health" thing a lot. Even making a week per year holiday almost, for cheap or free books.
But honestly it's not wrong. Lately I put on some rain and thunder sounds, put the phone away. Have some tea next to my bed with books. It's heaven.

I actually bought this a few years ago on a big sale that I never actually got into, not to mention having a few games for 3-5 euros a piece on my PS3 in the same condition. A bad habit to be sure. 😅
My train of thought is usually ill just get them cause you never know if a jrpg will be re-released

It's not a huge deal or anything but I love it much more when the sound effects aren't translated in such a way. I read a lot of manga that just keeps the Japanese text but adds little notes below it.
Just seeing the original drawing is highly preferable.

I've really become addicted to reading lately. 1 hour a day turned into 2 and now 3.
Happens a lot though, sometimes I'm hooked on anime or games but now it's reading again, not sure for how long but I have quite a backlog I should get through anyways.
