尋晚有熱心街坊剪左大維修外面嘅圍網用火機試下燒著佢。
發現佢剪嘅呢個sample係有阻燃性嘅。
至於宏福苑個個睇片就知道個圍網有偷工減料嘅成份，
你話個法團同工程公司無人要負責仲有冇天理？

the construction workers use foamed plastic to seal the windows... thats why people can't heard and don't know there was a fire
also the fire alarm, the workers TURN the alarm system OFF for them ,because they want to use the fire exit without the alarm warning...

plus, people think that those workers are from China mainland... because our local workers mostly wont do that , we have safety rules, but the non-local-workers don't know that , it happens many times people saw them smoking..
