Don’t get me wrong, I think there are a lot of dangers on social media. But maybe we should go after the predators/ideologies rather than taking it away for the victims.

As an autistic trans person, finding people who understood me was near impossible in school. Being able to communicate online with other autistic & queer people is one of the sole reasons I even made it through my abuse

I’m convinced that the people who approve of this were never teenagers on social media.

I was…and as much dogshit stuff I was exposed to on social media, I’ve found it to be a generally good experience for me.
