After a certain point, the profanity bleeds through from my code comments to my commit messages. The longer I go, the more free & creative the profanity.

I'm required to work in an open office. Our space & amenities are amazing. Still, my over-the-ear headphones are needed for loud at-desk meetings, obsessive throat clearing, or when a dog in our dog-friendly space gets rowdy.

A family friend worked the fields during the Dust Bowl as a small child. The bunches of grapes often hid big spiders. He hated grapes & spiders for the rest of his long life.

OMFG. The ghosts of my Frame muscle-memory keyboard shortcuts are howling and rattling their chains.

But it's amusing & relatable & hip. That's good, right? Whatever the user was trying to do couldn't have been that important. /s
