In Finland it's paid mostly by public money, and even if it is not patient's money individually, it's our money collectively, and real price matters.

BTW, idea of "Most Favored Nation" ie lowest prices for US is basically unrealistic, unethical and stupid. USA is one of richest countries in the world, there is no rational reason why US prices should be lowest.

And to clarify: Finnish prices are not the lowest in the world either. Some of these products are parallel imported to Finland, proving they are actually significantly cheaper in other EU countries.

Selling branded drugs for significantly higher price than generic versions is mostly just scam. If your government is promoting and participating in that scam, it is corrupt.

Others have commented that you can get comparable discount coupons as TrumpRx through other channels and that even in US there are actually cheaper generic versions for branded drugs marketed through TrumpRx.

No, enempää tietämättä toteaisin vaan että paskimpia vanhempia taitaa olla ne joita ei edes kiinnosta olla hyviä vanhempia. Ne jotka yrittää, yleensä pääsee vähintään kelvolliseen suoritukseen, vaikka riittämättömyyden tunne voi olla aika normi.
