Your observations related to 2020 title IX are no coincidence. The 2020 changes were largely rolling back Obama era changes that were the direct result of federal investigations and recommendations related to the college r@pe crisis.

It seems to me that recently the concept of a "slippery slope" has fallen out of the heads of a lot of federal judges. They're clearly biased, but also incredibly short-sighted. The only way I can make sense of it is that they must wholeheartedly believe the shoe will never be on the other foot.
