trying on a frame:

the spirit of money is the same spirit of the harvest: that which feeds & sustains us.

so, ‘extractive agriculture’ mirrors ‘runaway profitmaxxing’ - the same phenomenon.

it’d be better for society to shift to ‘regenerative agriculture’ frames of moneymaking

not saying this is you BUT

four years ago I was like “why am I suddenly obsessed with learning everything I can about trauma, I’m fine” 1y later - “oh. I care about this Love thing and really, deeply, powerfully wish my life had had more of it”

if you act like reality is alive, it mostly gives you very good reason to believe that’s the case

if you act like reality is an assortment of lifeless objects, ditto

dreamed of a plant today. hawthorn. been wandering around with an achey heart. quite literally, like it’s been punched or scraped + congealed, heavy.

turns out hawthorn is well-known as a heart tonic. hi subconscious, I hear you, I’m curious to try taking some now -

tadpole season, sunlight, springtime
