I PASSED MY SECOND SEMESTER OF NURSING SCHOOL!! 🩺🎉
No sleep (24+ hours some days). Barely eating. Long 12hr shifts at two hospitals 🏥🏥
2-3 Hours of driving in rain & fog 🌧️🌫️
Sick. Exhausted. Still showed up.
I still made it 💉
50% nurse. 8 months left 💗

Up at 5am, drove 2hrs to the hospital, worked 12hrs, then had a 3hr drive home in pounding rain. I was so scared I cried and told my parents “I love you” in case those were my last words. I’m home now. Safe and grateful. 💗🌧️🐰

as a nursing student, you meet people who are so ill yet still offer the kindest words - “don’t give up, keep going, god blessed me with you. Happy to put my life in your hands.”
It stays with you. Even in pain, they share light.
