Trump has always claimed to be "two weeks" away from a healthcare plan.

The Trump administration needs to be questioned and investigated in their health policy as not only do they not have a plan, but measles has made a return under RFK Jr.'s terrible policies.

Trump learned from Roy Cohn's three lessons:
1. Attack, Attack, Attack
2. Admit Nothing, Deny Everything
3. Always Claim Victory
As awful as they are, using them against him will stop his megalomania.

Donald Trump has appointed the Governor of Louisiana to be a special envoy to Greenland. Jeff Landry has said that he will serve to make Greenland part of the US.

Trump's administration is imperialistic. An individual cannot merely take another individual's country as the leader of the USA.

Larry Ellison has just given a $40.4 billion guarantee for his son's Paramount bid for Warner Bros.

This is not pro-business. This is not competition. This should not be allowed by any government.

Trump's administration has allowed the 'Department of War' to pursue a third oil tanker linked to Venezuela.

Putting this into even clearer terms, the Department of War has ignored the War Powers Act and unconstitutionally acted in hostility against a foreign nation without congressional approval.

There is no better example of the difference between an Irish and British mindset than this pompous British Empire throwback drivel.

Exactly.
The EPSTEIN Files are a much quicker read than I expected.

There are four main possible violations that the Attorney General and DAG may have committed:
(a) 18 U.S.C. § 1519
(b) 18 U.S.C. § 1503
(c) U.S.C. § 1512
(d) 18 U.S.C. § 4

Impeachment is important. Justice is of the utmost importance for a nation built for justice.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche has said that there has been "no effort" to redact Trump's name from the release of the Epstein Files. This may be a point for citation in a later trial given Trump's Chief of Staff has said that his name is in the files...

The deadline for the Attorney General to release the Epstein Files expired. Though compiling up to 300,000 pages, several of them are entirely blank. Pam Bondi has not released "all documents and records in possession of the Department of Justice relating to Jeffrey Epstein”.

On April 12, 1961, John F. Kennedy marked the sixteenth anniversary of FDR's death by discussing the importance of vaccinations in America.

Today, R.F.K. Jr. plans to prevent most childhood vaccines – the Trump administration is taking the US backwards.

Mitt Romney's call for higher taxes on wealthy individuals comes as a striking reminder that moderate Republicans are increasingly rare.

The era of hyper-partisanship has led to lost wisdom in consensus and reveals a divide unlike any other in U.S. politics.

In the UK, both realistically and unrealistically, the left – Labour, the Lib Dems, and the Greens – need to unite. A 'Progressive Alliance' would be a start and may lead to some reservations amongst their respective supporters, however being 'progressive' is far better than being 'regressive'.

I would like show my appreciation for @chathamhouse.org in providing me the opportunity to listen to former Vice President Mike Pence.
Though I disagree with his politics, his concern about the sale of F-35 fighter aircraft is telling of the world divisions Donald Trump seeks to impose.

I would like to thank @lse-ei.bsky.social for providing me with the opportunity to attend (online) a discussion on the topic of ‘Britain in a changing world’ with former British Prime Minister and Leader of the Conservative Party, Sir John Major at the Maurice Fraser Annual Lecture.
