It makes every conversation DOA when all you have to say is "this is bad, nomura can't write, combat sucks in every game" they're such definitive brick-wall statements. The series is progressing, it changes, it won't be the same every game and thank goodness!

I just think that if you truly have run out of ways to enjoy the series and if your view of what's "good" about KH isn't being replicated, in your opinion, that you're making yourself MISERABLE and everyone around you miserable when you enter the discourse.

And in case you feel like twisting this or thinking "OH SO YOU THINK KH GAMES ARE BEYOND CRITICISM?" obviously not. There are lots of things to dissect and talk about in terms of what you like or don't like, and I do this in my own FUCKING WORK.
