No, you're right, it's rice crispies in the USA too! My family only ever uses them to makes rice crispy treats (the cereal mixed with melted marshmallows to make solid bars) and even then only once ever few years, so I often forget them, lol

Lol, I got really curious about what cool things a rice bubble could be (some kind of colorful bubble you blow, maybe fun bath bubbles, or a bubble-shaped toy of some kind??), so I was a bit let down when I searched and found it was merely cereal.
