The energy has been heavy and at times overwhelming. Like the trees in winter, we have been bearing the weight of the whirlwind that has been shaking our foundation. Pause. Take a breath. Prepare.

Breathe deep. Shields up. Call your gods, spirits, and guides. Ask them to fortify, guard, and guide you.
