I implore the federal government to get back to work immediately! The taxpaying citizens of Philadelphia need heat and food assistance as well as dignity back in their lives.

I was honored to join the Pa. Black Maternal Health Caucus as they celebrate their two-year anniversary. But there's still much work to be done! Black women continue to suffer in silence and need the MOMNIBUS 2.0 package of bills to improve birthing outcomes.
