It seems I can only publish GIFs and text.
Since December 14th and 15th, I haven't been able to post images. I was only able to post a GIF. For some unknown reason, the EzGif website also stopped working properly, but my ad blocker has been detecting up to 300 blocked windows and banners.

I've never had a VPN on my home PC. Using the F12 toolbar in Chrome, I see that the website can't connect to some BlueSky servers.

I see the same message when I try to publish media files. I think I'm hit by personal restrictions from BlueSky, as my internet connection is fine.
