I met with the Muckleshoot Tribal Council to hear about how the government shutdown is impacting tribal communities in Washington state. I will continue to fight for the services that they, and so many others, rely on in our district.

I visited the MultiCare Emergency Department in Bonney Lake this week to discuss the importance of extending critical healthcare tax credits and restoring Medicaid funding in the federal budget.

I will keep working to ensure everyone can access affordable healthcare.
