My tip jar is kofi, in theory? 😅
But I would never be able to draw something for every kofi donated, honestly. That would just be extra work for me at this point, unfortunately.

I have... never considered it to be honest 🥲
In the last few years, as my volume of work has increased, I've drawn less and less of my personal art, so I can't really be surprised there's never been demand for that kind of sponsorship from me. It would be lovely tho :))

It was nice of him to approach you, but at the same time you feeling weirded out by his non-queerness is totally valid too. You should date someone who makes you feel SEEN, comfortable in your skin, or sooner or later they will resent you for not being the idea of you they had in their own mind 😔

Open-minded, for a cistraight dude, means that he can continue being socially straight and completely ignore your identity. The only answer that wasn't a dealbreaker, after you came out to him, should have been "Cool, I'm queer too" 🤷

We have all been taught since birth that the world is divided between two genders and some people grow up with zero interest in dismantling that thought system. It takes time, unfortunately, and continous effort on our part 😔 but I wanna believe we will see a time when this situation changes.

I've felt this for the entirety of my life. And I'll add that sadly, even after you EXPLAIN it to them, they still think they can be straight and have a relationship with you. Gotta be one of the worst feelings in the world when after 2 months of dating a dude tells you "Sorry i'm not LIKE YOU"💀

Yeah I totally understand 😭 It can easily attract the wrong attention, and safety always comes first!
Unfortunately, having to go through the process of explaining our identity seems to be the standard non-cis experience, but you're not alone in this 🫂💙

That's why I have a rainbow keychain and trans flag charm (made by @erenangiolini.com 🤩) on my pouch at all times.
It does out me immediately to anyone around me, true, but I don't care - cis people don't approach me and it's 100% better than having to explain who I am every time 👍
