17 million will lose healthcare. 12 million will go hungry. $1.3 TRILLION in cruel cuts all to hand tax breaks to billionaires. And they have the nerve to call this “fiscal responsibility”? Please! We won’t sit quietly while Republicans starve our people to feed the rich. Kill the Bill!

On Saturday Congresswoman Waters joined her third peaceful protest event of the day in Hawthorne. Several thousand young people showed up to voice their fear of a cruel and dangerous president and co president Trump and Musk. They must be stopped!

I joined thousands of protestors on No Kings Day in Downtown Los Angeles, and sent a message to Trump: This country has No Kings or dictators, and his birthday is no more important than anyone else’s.

Today, I came to the Metropolitan Detention Center to exercise my constitutional rights as a Member of Congress to check on the safety and conditions of SEIU California President David Huerta, who was arrested by ICE.

I am outraged that Trump's Department of Labor plans to suspend operations at Job Corps centers nationwide. This vital program provides low-income students ages 16-24 with housing, education, career training & employment assistance. I’ll keep fighting to protect Job Corps!
