This is 2-year-old Chloe Tipan Villacis and her father Elvis Tipan-Echeverría. On the way back from grocery shopping, DHS agents shattered his car window, arrested him, and took the toddler into federal custody, despite no known criminal history; Chloe was detained for 27 hours. Cruel beyond words.

In our district, the Lower Saddle River cleanup was authorized in 1986, but contamination has prevented action. I introduced the CLEAN-UP to change that and accelerate projects nationwide.
