⚖️ Last week, Spain’s PM Pedro Sánchez announced plans to bring a proposal to parliament to enshrine the right to #abortion in the Constitution, following France’s historic example last year. Such constitutional protections would safeguard against rollbacks of abortion rights.

⚠️ The Slovak Parliament has just adopted constitutional amendments that undermine the rule of law and fundamental human rights, especially #SRHR. These changes are a devastating blow to #Slovakia’s obligations under international human rights and EU law. They will harm the most marginalised.
