Rowling views any support of the franchise as support for her views, regardless if it is paid for or not, the absolute best thing that can be done is to condemn the fanchise into obscurity and just not interact with it at all in any meaningful way

So i dont think the NDA is preventing them from being in the credits, but i think them not being in the credits would mean an NDA could feasibly prevent them from publicly talking about being in the game, since due to not being credited them being in the game isnt public knowledge?
