NTIA must get this funding out the door, because saying it’s available and actually releasing it are two very different things. Louisiana is ready to put shovels in the ground and finally close the digital divide.

He is also the owner of the historic Hubbard Mansion on St. Charles Avenue, the only Black-owned bed and breakfast on that iconic corridor.
