Ever since the election, there's this energy in the country we all have now termed FAFO (IYKYK). We're no longer "we go high" if they go low. We are meeting them at their level and giving them the middle as we all wait to find out. And we're finding out that it's getting ugly for them and us.

When I was in Corporate America, I was responsible for assessing people who were tapped for senior leadership roles. We went thru rigorous processes to make sure the person was the right person and would be successful. Trump seems to be playing duck duck goose with his nominees. We're doomed.
