The victim should sue the agents for massive damages, but no victims of these abuses sue. If the agents realized they were financially liable their conduct, we might have less abuse or less agents, either would be good.

Waiting for Schumer to say, “How does this memo bring grocery prices down?”

Call me crazy, but I’m getting the feeling this administration doesn’t care about what’s legal. Besides, these concerns didn’t stop the invasion of Venezuela.

The U.S. doesn’t have anything the rest of the world needs. The rest of world will simply move forward without us.

It should be clear by now that the DOJ opening an investigation is just a puff of smoke from the bong the DOJ is smoking, but the bong is filled with actual weeds because they are so stupid and they don’t know what they’re doing.

What about targeting peaceful non-protesting citizens engaged in normal everyday activities, such as driving to a doctor’s appointment?
January 17, 2026 at 4:26 AM
What about peaceful non-protest activities such as driving to a doctor’s appointment? Are federal agents still free to retaliate against them, damage their cars, and use forceful, unlawful, and sometimes lethal tactics against them, including use of chemical weapons against peaceful civilians?
January 17, 2026 at 4:23 AM
What about use of lethal munitions? What about peaceful non-protest activities, such as driving a car and attempting to avoid hitting a federal agent or attempting to get to a doctor’s appointment?

The actions are not just unconstitutional, but are illegal, criminal, and violate international law. Why democrats refuse to say this, I do not know.
January 4, 2026 at 4:17 PM
I fixed it for you: “Congressional Republicans need to remove Trump from office and initiate criminal investigations of everyone involved in this action.”
January 4, 2026 at 6:45 AM
How about violating international law and another country’s sovereignty???

Can you please explain how 18 USC 1505 applies and how the facts alleged meet the requirements of the statute? I don’t understand how the elements of the crime are met, particularly on the evidence presented.

We need lawsuits

This was for count 1. Count 2 was different I guess? Still, if she didn’t know who they were there to arrest, how is she convicted?
December 19, 2025 at 3:00 AM
I don’t understand how the statute for count 2 even applied here
December 19, 2025 at 2:58 AM
I thought it was undisputed that the federal agents didn’t notify her who the warrant was for? I thought this was an essential element of the claim that wasn’t proven.

But when you’re able to delay the house coming back in session to give the DOJ more time to scrub the files…
