The Legislative Branch is a puppet branch of government. With Johnson and Thune being majority leaders, they will do whatever Trump wants. Wouldn't be surprised if Johnson tells the House members to stay home.

The S.C. made the decision that he can do whatever he wants. He'll never be removed from office because the Republicans have no spine. Vote them out? Wouldn't be surprised if Trump cancels midterm elections. Congress can stay the same, doing nothing and collecting their pay and Americans suffer.
