Has Dr. Oz ever even talked to someone who relies on Medicaid? This is a wildly offensive (and untrue!) statement.

The worst part? Oz's disinformation deflects attention from the Trump administration's cruel Medicaid cuts. We're not buying it — restore funding NOW.

DR OZ: If you're sitting at home as an able-bodied person on Medicaid & on average you'll watch 6.1 hours of TV or leisure time at home, you actually don't want that. Opiate use skyrockets

CNBC: There are a lot of people who are on Medicaid who are there actually as caregivers, so they are working

Just so we're all on the same page, Social Security is a sacred trust between Americans and the government. Wall Street should never get close to it. #HandsOffOurSocialSecurity

The Treasury Department has appointed Frank Bisignano, already Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, as CEO of the IRS. This is a recipe for disaster.

💭 With Medicaid cuts looming, we're wondering if Republicans will ever say how older Americans and their families are supposed to cope when care facilities close or home care services are cut.
retiredams.bsky.social
When we elected our members of Congress, we hired them to serve US, not special interests. Now, they need to make good on that by protecting our care and ending this shutdown.
