OH is 'coming to terms' with a chronic health condition. He's never taken meds, but now has to. Life in stasis till a 📞 convo with nhs team.
My stress levels are being rested by response times & a cessation in 'normal service' at home.
Missing my routine over festive season.

Do I count? Active but no longer #OT even though you'll find it engraved on my 💚!
It's here, but some OTs aren't active.
The more notifications they receive from people who have started to follow them, the more active they might become.

Having felt unwell for a week, this morning came with a bit of energy.
Sunday dinner, Monday lunch & tea, Tuesday lunch + homemade soup all prepared.
Away for Xmas, so feel a bit absolved.

Some 'were less affected' by the change.. 6 (years) x £10k is not equal to a £2.5k payout. So on that basis. I took early retirement due to ill-health, so my capacity to recoup the difference was severely diminished.

SCIE’s Chief Executive, Kathryn Marsden OBE, has written to The Guardian about the role of social care in relieving the growing pressure on hospitals.

Kathryn stressed that NHS reform will only succeed if health and social care are treated as equal partners.

US sliding towards 1930s-style autocracy, warns Ray Dalio.

Neoliberalism blames minorities for problems, not corporate capitalism, inequalities, concentration of wealth or political corruption

In Farage, the UK has a Trump clone who will deprive people of human and workers rights.
