Now that our new Just Juniper Gin is here, we're proud to say that we produce our own spirit for our vodka and gin from grain to glass. Its made using heads, tails and low wines from whisky production.

This whisky was aged in a Pedro Ximenez hogshead, so our smooth and creamy new make has been influenced with classic flavours of dried fruit, with a hint of leather/tobacco, some nuttiness and a sweetness from the sherry.
