meanwhile my best #vintage find for December was a slew of old store stock from 1918 “ #Beads for Good Children” made in #Czech when they still spelled it #czechoslovakia with a Hyphen which helped me date . Imagine living in 1920 and helping mom embellish something. No TV no IPhone. Just #crafts 🥰

As far as the hub-bub about Josh S. being replaced at Etsy, it doesn’t give me too much hope for the days of ‘old Rob Kalin who cared about sellers has been long over. Josh’s replacement has been on staff for a long time. There is no going back “keeping commerce human” in my opinion = AI 🥲

This is a night view of East (Grand Lake, Danforth Maine. ) Across the lake is Canada. People do not believe how choppy this water can get ! When the north wind blows it is more like an ocean. This lake is 365 miles of shoreline bordering both US and Canada.
