A fireworks party taking place somewhere over Hoxton. My camera didn’t capture it well, but it was pretty spectacular from the skylight.

It’s so trippy being here - lots of memories of our shoebox terrace in Farnham back in 2017.
But no 6:30am commute on the zombie train tmrw, just a holiday 🙂

Islington…what a cool area.

Forget staying in hotels again, this is better and cheaper.

One to Newark, one to Boston - not sure why Vienna Airport thought these slats were a good idea, but I’m sure there’s a logical Germanic-thinking reason, their usually is…

We're only human, born to make mistakes.
I dedicate this video I made to anyone struggling with mental health issues. You're never alone. You're always loved. You're always needed. "chatter in the skull" is our worst enemy. A great book is The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle - not a cure, but a help ❤️

Just found out a friend took his own life.
Steve was a lovely bloke - we were season ticket holders at West Brom & studied art in Worcester.
Mental health issues consumed him & eventually took him. He leaves a wife of 32 years, & a son & daughter. Here is his last painting.
Albion won today Steve x

Welcome to chocolate from the #1980s.

And now on Retro TV, it's time for the news from the 1980s.
Well, some of it - obviously a million events missing...

Sunday evenings in winter 87 were so evocative for me. Nothing particularly special happened in our little house in Saundersfoot. Just the smells, the vibe, and that feeling of security.
I remember sitting on the living room carpet, Lego to one side, smell of a roast - and telly, so I made this:

On another Albion-related topic - I wonder if the website is supposed to look like this? It has the look of a site that hasn't loaded properly.

My videos are not designed to promote consumerism, they’re designed to bring back memories.
It’s a vibe thing.

This one is “watching 90s US cable TV”

If it strikes a chord, that’s job done. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t….

My book will be published next year.
Gear Down and Growing Up: An attempted journey from boy to man, is the story about my one-way journey to Hong Kong when I was 21 in 1996.
They’ll be a book launch in HK and I can’t wait to be there.

Here’s my 90s Hong Kong tribute video.
