It nearly drove me insane but after a few weeks of troubleshooting, repairs and bewildered head scratching, today is finally a good day. The vectrex is alive, ALIVE!

Games loading from TZXDuino on my Jupiter Ace worked only when oscilloscope was connected. A simple 3k resistor mod and now its loading perfectly from the TZXDuino. Also loading many games is a two part affair with the graphics and then the game. See here retronerd.co.uk/building-a-j...

It's working fine for line of sight areas around man cave. Just optimising for best coverage. Will probably need a couple more of them for full coverage. Not had any interference issues so far so will stick to ceiling installs.

That's one Intellivision controller repaired and a new gold disc made and applied. Not exact but a good colour match

Finally decided to have a play with this little mmWave device. Can track you moving up to 9m away and can even sense your breathing for sit still presence detection. Low power, v cheap & just plug into esp32. Bye bye pir sensors.

Don't like cables dangling out the back of my retros on the wall of fame. It's a little unsightly so time to mod this Sony Msx.
