Another beautiful autumn day here in Scotland. The trees are hanging on to the last of their leaves as winter draws closer. It's predicted that we'll see a flurry of snow next week, I'll believe that when I see it.

My ex took her own life. Finding her, trying to revive her and watch as the paramedics worked hard to bring her back was the most traumatic event in my life. Neither I, her family or friends saw it coming. I wish I knew what she was thinking. I could have helped her and maybe she'd still be here.
Κι άλλη αυτοκτονία στη Λεμεσό σήμερα. Δεν θα διαβάσετε για αυτές στις εφημερίδες, γιατί δεν τις ανακοινώνουν δήθεν γιατί θα βρουν μιμητές, αλλά είναι ένα γεγονός νέοι κ νέες αυτοκτονούν και μόνο το στενό περιβάλλον το μαθαίνει.

My ex took her own life. Finding her, trying to revive her and watch as the paramedics worked hard to bring her back was the most traumatic event in my life. Neither I, her family or friends saw it coming. I wish I knew what she was thinking. I could have helped her and maybe she'd still be here.
After a long, difficult journey home from Inverness during the night, I've had a few hours sleep in my own bed and awoken to the news that we have an amber weather warning for my area. I wish I'd stayed a couple of days longer up north and explored the Highlands and bit more.
