The last part for the repair arrived today from Amazon. The switching power supply with 12VDC and 2 amps now replaces the transformer. I have also replaced all old cables. The switching power supply can be mounted directly onto the old drive plate.

Removed both Voltage Regulators the 12DV comes now from a switching power supply, the 12VCD comes now from a switching power supply, 5VD comes from a step down regulator. The logic part needs only 350mA. The Stepper motor and the Floppy Motor uses the 12VDC from the switching power source.

Repaired some old Commodore parts....it is a C1541. The 5VDC Voltage Regulator just died.
