I love korma, coconut cream curry sauce, too, but very spicy, so the cream holds the heat. Wonderful as a soup, or with rice or noodles.

This looked fantastic last year, but I remember the U.S. didn’t field a team, so that should change for 2015…..

How do you open coconuts at the beach, or does someone sell them already open? Coconuts drop from trees everyday here this time of year. I use the nail claw on a hammer since have no machete
