My feeling is that left wing and right wing were not easily discernible, and so they started making each other into extremist caricatures until the exaggeration began to look like reality

Calling people dehumanizing names is the start of policies that oppress others. Over the last decades, extremism has set policies in America.

Christians should advocate against political extremism in our national political discourse. Words matter. We should expect our national leaders to talk about each other as they are made in the image of God.

Or they could play pick up intensity b ball and the nba would not have to resort to gimmicks. The players did not play the game right and so they resort to every thing else to keep fan interest. No stars in dunk in the dunk contest. These guys come off as entitled and unlikable.
From taking to NBA players and their handlers, the best solution to the NBA All-Star Game seems to be simplicity and focusing on THE GAME. Photos, rehearsals, commish meeting, etc, do that Saturday. Sunday, make it about THE GAME only & let the players have their usual routines.
