This is the question we need to place on the public forum of "Christian" discussion. As I imagine Jesus blessing/loving little children, I wonder how "Christians" would surround them, waving Mass Deportation signs.

It was a call for unity even as Jesus preached in the Sermon on the Mount. True, it is not the current unifying message of retribution and deportation. Rather, "Blessed are the merciful..."

Common sense with fair and humane immigration reform.

Sigh. The depths that this man will sink to avoid accountability.

Words matter. There is a difference between saying that we need to attend to a broken immigration system vs newcomers/immigrants are "invaders" who "poison the blood of our nation."

Will churches live in fear or will they practice faith? I believe the opposite of faith is not doubt, but fear.
