As for the cel shading, I think it's great, cuz you already know where to put the highlights and shadows or can revise em till its perfect. You're already a much better cel shader than me and most artists WHAT You Talking about! Cel shading art starts Now!!

Well, well, would you look at that, bgs and stuff too
If I had to criticize this, I would say, not darkened enough shadows! You're afraid to commit and it makes the values inequivalent esp cuz you love adding shinies too. And the cool rim light works better in darker shadows to make a more contrast
