Man, my heart goes out to the students that woke up to the rug pull at Icon Collective. As a grad of a (different) specialty music production-focused school, these places provide a much needed service to a specialized, unique group of students that look to push musical boundaries.

I’ve noticed an odd aversion to political content in the dance music space. I get that a lot of folks need a break after the last year, but art has always been political, and the hate I see taking over this country needs to be countered as loudly as possible.
