Thank you for your diligent reporting! Sitting here on the verge of tears thinking about the conversations I need to have with my daughters. Horrified that so many people can look at the same body of evidence and come to such radically different conclusions.

A few places import them so Nürnberger Lebkuchen can definitely be had stateside. My family exchange-gifted them for a few years "Sorry for the calories" style. They even make a tin-less version for folks that have enough decorative containers laying around.

I did indeed print an upgraded spool holder, but the star of the show was an articulated lizard model from Thingiverse. I have been ordered to purchase more color options including rainbow filament. Success!
