For clarity, that is Admiral Horthy, who Hitler had removed for being insufficiently fascist by refusing to send Jews to Auschwitz. He was replaced by Szálasi who was full out fascist and responsible for 20k deaths in Hun. plus sent 400k Hun. Jews to Auschwitz. The pic is unfair to Horthys legacy.
