Penalising was probably the incorrect term.
I agree they're still part of the problem - but why are they making it more of a burden to own an electric car vs IC engine.
It doesn't encourage anyone to want to move across to EVs.

Why are they penalising those that have chosen to go green. I know electric car infrastructure could be better but really?
