Oh, absolutely. All of the evil aside, I find this world, on its surface, intoxicatingly beautiful. I can get drunk on just taking in the surroundings. I also love my friends more than anything, and I find rock music to be the only thing that makes me feel like I'm in presence of something divine.

I personally don't believe it can be fixed. This one is a world of death and suffering, it has been like that even before human civilisation. I think we'd need some sort of miracle that defies this reality's core rules, its nature.

I haven't properly daydreamed in a long time, I usually have so many real life topics going through my head they take up all the space. I do often say though, that I wish I could just tear a hole in this reality and find out there is one behind the veil that's way less wrong.

The Le Guin quote literally made me crack up in record time. All I ever wanted, all my life, was to escape this reality. I think that's also why I struggle with adult life, cause i can't just sit with my head in the clouds or in books or games anymore. Living off of art kinda works, but just about.
