Handover from Mandy as part of the Round Norfolk Solstice Relay with NUTS.. Such a hot day, 12 miles was probably as hard as a lot of longer runs, but our Baton made it to the end!

Completed (for the 2nd time) the Weavers Way ultramarathons on Saturday. Very pleased with my new 50k PB by nearly an hour from the last time I did the event in October and what a great company in Boghopper Races to work with! (not bad photos either, thanks Giles Thurston Photography!)
