That seems right to me. He possessed less than average intelligence to begin with, and he is now deep into the sere and yellow leaf. The media should choose a single reporter to attend his public utterances and report on them collectively.

We solved that by buying a house in an Historical Preservation District. The good news was that Denver isn't that old a town, so a house can qualify w/o being decrepit or decaying.
