I'm sure there's another Doctor Who reference in the show somewhere, like a t-shirt or a brief mention: unfortunately it's impossible to Google. My guess is that Inspector Spacetime encouraged Abed to investigate other British sci-fi shows, but they pale in comparison to the OG
